We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible as many of our service providers have a waiting list. We ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment are to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients with repeated cancellations or no shows may be required to leave a credit card number to secure future appointments or be taken as a walk-in only. Future appointments may be booked up to 4 months in advance, and walk-ins are always welcome.
Any product that you are not satisfied with may be returned for a refund or exchanged. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with any service at the time of departure, so we may take care of you then. We do not refund any money once the service has been paid for. If for any reason you are unhappy with any service, we will gladly correct it within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any of our services if the recommended at-home maintenance products are not being used.
Complimentary beverages are served and recommended after a massage. We have soft drinks, water or wine during your visit to Innovations.
Gratuities are not expected but greatly appreciated. They are not included in your service bill or gift certificates. When possible, we ask that you please provide any gratuities directly to your service provider. A gratuity of 15% will be added to each service total for parties of 4 or more.
